It is with deep sadness that we remember the life of Carter Waters of Galesville, who entered eternal rest on April 14th. His passing has left family, friends, and the community mourning a truly kind and genuine soul, while also reflecting with gratitude on the life he lived.

Carter was known for his warmth, compassion, and the sincerity he showed to everyone he encountered. He had a natural ability to make people feel seen and valued, often brightening the day with simple gestures and kind words. His presence brought comfort and connection, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him.

Family meant everything to Carter. He shared strong, meaningful bonds with his loved ones and cherished the time spent together. A service to honor Carter’s life will be held at Coulee Region Cremation Group. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24th. Family, friends, and community members are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate his life.

Though gone too soon, Carter Waters will always be remembered for his kindness, his gentle spirit, and the meaningful connections he created. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
